As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in training, coaching, and motivating our team while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead your team in providing exceptional service to ensure satisfied guests.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills.
  • Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to streamline restaurant operations effectively.
  • Implement strict controls over cash and inventory management.
  • Set and meet ambitious goals for service, operations, and financial performance.
  • Ensure that all operational standards, including service speed, food safety, and cleanliness, are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor food and labor variances and take necessary actions to drive improvement.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Work flexible shifts as required by the business needs.
  • Exemplify high standards of restaurant operations and ensure knowledge is shared with the team.
  • Provide constructive feedback and ongoing coaching to team members.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
  • Adhere to all government regulations and implement necessary operational policies.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform motions like bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching.
  • Capable of working in both warm and cold environments.
  • Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours continuously.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant or retail industry.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume environment.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • ServSafe certification is preferred.
