As an Assistant Manager in our retail store, you will become a vital resource for customers seeking effective financial solutions. Your Responsibilities Include: - Building strong relationships with customers through daily outreach, including inbound and outbound call campaigns, to drive business growth and enhance brand loyalty.
- Assessing risks associated with financial transactions and accurately processing loan, pawn applications, and check cashing transactions.
- Providing guidance, coaching, and training to Customer Service Representatives, ensuring high standards of service and safety protocols are met.
- Maintaining security protocols and overseeing proper opening and closing procedures, including vault and cash management.
- Managing account recovery processes with a strong emphasis on customer service to minimize losses.
- Ensuring compliance with Company policies, conducting store audits, and preparing financial reports.
- Overseeing the store's internal and external appearance, coordinating maintenance as needed.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks to meet performance expectations.
- Committing to a full-time schedule with regular in-person presence, including weekends. This position generally requires at least 40 hours per week.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
- At least three months of leadership experience such as supervisory or key holder roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate phone systems, Point of Sale equipment, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
- A background check will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.
- Must meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods, moving up to 25 pounds, and operating various controls.
