Bellanomi is a growing skincare brand focused on clean, effective products for dry, sensitive skin. We're seeking a highly organized, action-oriented Assistant Manager to support daily operations, team management, and admin tasks alongside the CEO.

What You'll Do:
Work directly with the CEO to support daily operations and strategic initiatives
Oversee employee scheduling, task delegation, and day-to-day performance
Coach and support team members to ensure productivity and accountability
Liaise with freelancers, suppliers, and contractors to coordinate projects and deliveries
Manage inventory tracking and help maintain stock organization
Assist with administrative tasks and help improve operational systems
Jump in wherever needed-this is a hands-on role in a fast-paced startup environment

Reliable, action-oriented, and thrives on taking initiative
Experience in managing teams or leading projects (retail, ops, or small business a plus)
