Your Responsibilities: - Complete the Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan and any required training.
- Enhance guest experiences and lead your team in exceeding expectations.
- Ensure team members receive proper training and ongoing development.
- Create effective work schedules within company guidelines.
- Supervise, coach, and inspire team members to achieve their best.
- Maintain high standards for service, product quality, and restaurant cleanliness.
- Communicate performance concerns effectively with the General Manager.
- Assist with performance reviews and mentor team members.
- Foster a positive work culture to maintain team morale.
- Address guest and team member concerns in a timely and respectful manner.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Your Qualifications: - Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
- Flexible availability; able to work a minimum of 32-48 hours over 5 days per week.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills.
- 1-3 years of management experience, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously.
- Occasional bending, stooping, or climbing as necessary.
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Capability to observe and respond to a dynamic environment.
