Your Responsibilities:
  • Complete the Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan and any required training.
  • Enhance guest experiences and lead your team in exceeding expectations.
  • Ensure team members receive proper training and ongoing development.
  • Create effective work schedules within company guidelines.
  • Supervise, coach, and inspire team members to achieve their best.
  • Maintain high standards for service, product quality, and restaurant cleanliness.
  • Communicate performance concerns effectively with the General Manager.
  • Assist with performance reviews and mentor team members.
  • Foster a positive work culture to maintain team morale.
  • Address guest and team member concerns in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Your Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
  • Flexible availability; able to work a minimum of 32-48 hours over 5 days per week.
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills.
  • 1-3 years of management experience, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, or climbing as necessary.
  • Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Capability to observe and respond to a dynamic environment.
  • Work in varying temperatures and exposure to food allergens.
  • Safely operate restaurant equipment.
