This is an in office position-Monday through Thursday 11 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM
Summary: As an Assistant Center Manager, where you'll support the day-to-day operations of a K-12 learning center and help students reach their full potential. You'll assist with leading the center team, provide excellent customer service to families, and help promote Huntington's programs to local schools and communities.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the center to ensure students receive a high-quality learning experience
- Help manage student and staff schedules to keep the center running smoothly and efficiently
- Assist with local marketing efforts like school visits and community outreach to promote Huntington's programs
- Conduct or support parent-teacher conferences, keeping families updated on student progress and next steps
- Provide excellent customer service to keep families engaged and returning
- Make sure every student has a positive and successful experience at the center
- Support and motivate the team, encouraging a collaborative and growth-focused work environment
- Handle general administrative tasks such as maintaining records, managing supplies, and ensuring center procedures are followed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, teachers, and families to support student success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; focus in Management, Education, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of customer service experience; prior experience in a leadership or sales support role is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with families, staff, and schools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of self-motivation
- Background in supplemental education or academic services is a plus
- Must be available to work Monday-Thursday, 11 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM
