Key Responsibilities
- Support, manage, and train the kitchen team to ensure motivation and organization
- Maintain consistent quality of dishes
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and stock procedures
- Manage rotas to meet business needs
- Support brand standards through team training and assessment
- Control food costs to support revenue
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
Candidate Profile
As an Assistant Kitchen Manager at Hilton, you will work on behalf of our guests and collaborate with team members. To succeed, you should demonstrate:
