This role is based out of the Poughkeepsie Main St Office.


We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant IT Infrastructure Technician to join our IT department. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate with hands-on technical curiosity who is ready to grow in a supportive, professional environment. This role provides hands-on assistance with maintaining and supporting our company's IT infrastructure.


  • Work under supervision to support IT infrastructure and networking tasks
  • Assist with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software (e.g., computers, printers, network devices)
  • Provide support with network connectivity issues and help monitor network performance
  • Assist with troubleshooting VoIP phone systems and other communication tools
  • Contribute to documentation efforts for system setups and technical procedures
  • Provide backup support to the IT help desk team
  • Support on-site installations, including cabling and physical setup of equipment
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with AI tools, task management systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between office location
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in IT or a related field preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk settings
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts and Microsoft Office applications

Total Rewards Package:


Compensation: $50,000-59,000 annually, paid on an hourly basis. Based on experience, education, and work location.
