The position of the admin/assistant HR will be working in a very well established aviation company and it is a great business to work for especially for someone who comes from admin support and would like to explore the possibility of someday becoming an HR leader. The ideal candidate has two years of experience in admin, office, reception, clerical or HR assisting duties, and is able to multi task. The individual in this role will be providing support to employees of the company such as
Going over policy and procedures with employees
Ensuring the compliance of federal guidelines
Communicating with supervisor and managers
Clerical and administrative duties as assigned such as faxing, copying, etc
Frequent use knowledge needed of microsoft word, excel, outlook, windows
Before applying please note that you must have experience with microsoft word, TWO YEARS in admin , office, or HR support, an Associate is preferred but those with solely a highschool diploma or GED are still considered for the opportunity and are encouraged to apply if you have the experience.
