Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Assistant Hospitality Manager to join our team at Chelsea Hospitality Group. This is an exciting opportunity to help transform the traditional office experience into something extraordinary. The Assistant Hospitality Manager will play a key role in overseeing daily hospitality operations, leading a passionate team, and ensuring our guests' experiences exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

What You'll Do:
  • Create the Vision: Develop and implement a hospitality strategy that transforms our office property into a welcoming and vibrant environment, providing a boutique hotel-like experience rather than a traditional workplace.
  • Build and Inspire the Team: Lead, train, and motivate a team of hospitality professionals, including Hospitality Leads and front-of-house staff. Cultivate a service culture that consistently anticipates and exceeds guest expectations.
  • Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Oversee daily hospitality operations, including event coordination, conference catering, and concierge services, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences for all guests.
  • Orchestrate Events: Work closely with clients and internal teams to plan and deliver exceptional events, from intimate meetings to large celebrations, ensuring every detail is perfect.
  • Maintain Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, service, and safety across all public areas, ensuring a consistently inviting atmosphere.
  • Build Community Connections: Establish and nurture strong relationships with local vendors, partners, and community members to enhance offerings and elevate guest experiences.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather guest feedback and use insights to refine and enhance the hospitality experience. Stay proactive in implementing innovative ideas to continuously improve the guest experience.
  • Evolution, Not Revolution: Seek out new trends, technologies, and creative ideas to gradually improve the hospitality experience, positioning our property as a leader in modern workplace hospitality.
Requirements

What We Need from You:
  • Proven experience in hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and ensure excellent service at all times.
  • A deep understanding of guest service, with the ability to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Experience with event coordination and catering operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
