High School Girls' Basketball Assistant Coach Position
(School Year 2025-26)
Position Description:
The High School Girls' Basketball Assistant Coach supports the head coach in leading, training, and mentoring the team. Responsibilities include assisting in developing practice plans, teaching fundamental and advanced basketball skills, and helping prepare the team for games and competitions. The assistant coach fosters a positive and supportive team environment, collaborates with school staff, communicates with parents, and helps promote the basketball program within the community.
Terms of Employment:
Salary and work year will be determined in accordance with the Negotiated Agreement.
Evaluation:
Performance will be evaluated by building administration annually.
