Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Front End Manager Trainee to join our team. This position is designed to train and develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience in managing front-end operations. The trainee will work closely with the Front End Manager to ensure smooth and efficient customer service, team management, and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Customer Service: Assist in delivering excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Team Support: Support the Front End Manager in supervising front-end staff, including cashiers and customer service representatives.
- Training: Participate in training sessions to gain knowledge about front-end operations, company policies, and management techniques.
- Operational Tasks: Help manage daily front-end activities such as cash handling, checkout procedures, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
- Scheduling: Assist in creating and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications: - Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a supervisory role is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
