Job Description: Assistant Football Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Football Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the game and a passion for developing players. Previous coaching experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Coach in developing and implementing training plans and strategies.
• Work closely with players to enhance skills, teamwork, and game understanding.
• Provide support during practices, drills, and games.
• Follow the directives and guidance of the Head Coach.
• Promote a positive and supportive environment for players of all skill levels.
• Contribute to team development and individual player growth.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of football and its strategies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Previous coaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the coaching staff and players.
