Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, train, and develop a diverse team of Food Travel Experts.
- Enhance guest experience by ensuring high service standards and adherence to brand specifications.
- Oversee merchandising standards, displays, and inventory levels.
- Assist in establishing and monitoring daily goals and tasks.
- Evaluate Team Member performance, providing guidance and feedback.
- Monitor sales performance through analysis of reports and market comparisons.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health/sanitation regulations.
- Handle various administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory management, and payroll.
- Support the General Manager with additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of experience in management within the food & beverage industry.
- Experience in full-service or quick-service restaurants preferred.
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
