The
Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the daily operations of our Food and Beverage outlets. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and supporting colleagues to deliver service aligned with luxury standards and Forbes Five-Star expectations.
- Scheduling, forecasting, training, and coaching associates.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as internal operating procedures and brand standards.
- Collaborating with the culinary and events teams to execute special events and seasonal programming.
- Monitoring quality and service standards with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Assisting with inventory management, cost control, and financial forecasting.

- Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred
- Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
- Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader
- Prior experience working in a Forbes-rated, Michelin-starred, or comparable luxury environment.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to leadership.
- A commitment to personalized service and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
- Previous experience with food and beverage cost control, scheduling, and employee development.
