We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team and help continue delivering top-tier service.

Position Overview:
As the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the club's food and beverage services. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain high-quality service, manage inventory, and contribute to event planning and menu creation. This is a hands-on position that requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including restaurant, bars, and event services.
  • Lead, train, and mentor staff to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Contribute to bar menu creation, ensuring that offerings are fresh, innovative, and aligned with club standards
  • Help plan and execute special dining room events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Help with scheduling, inventory, and staff management may be required occasionally
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of management or lead experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Specialized experience in bartending or bar operations, with a strong background in menu creation, inventory management, and bar service.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of service.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating a memorable experience for our members and guests.
