Security Bring your experience and ideas to provide full time on-site Program Security services to execute the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) requirement for US government classified contracts and comply with the Department of Defense (DoD) mandated security requirements. What You'll Be Doing as an Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) Ensures that proper Industrial Security procedures 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) are adhered to for compliance purposes as Intelligence Community Directives and Bell Textron, Inc. Operation Procedures, Department of Defense (DOD), Department of State (DOS) and other applicable Government sponsor regulations. COMSEC, PERSEC, DD-254s review and distribution, access control, SETA (Security Education Training and Awareness), classified document control, and accountably. Assists FSO where applicable. Skills You Bring to This Role DCSA CDSE FSO Certified preferred (Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, Center for Development of Security Excellence, Facility Security Officer). Defense Information System for Security (DISS). Communication Security (COMSEC). Documentation Control and Accountability. Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA). Self-starter able to work and operate with minimal supervision. Must be an effective communicator. What You Need to be Successful Final Secret security clearance with a current background investigation. 3 years of relative experience in defense contracting industry, U.S. military and/or federal government. Bachelor's degree in related field. Completed DSS FSO Program Management Course for Processing Facilities preferred. 2 - 3 years of experience as an AFSO preferred. 1- 2 years of experience working in Special Access Programs (SAP) preferred.
