Job Description - Supports and deputizes for the Executive Administrator.
- Performs all duties of the Executive Administrator as directed.
- Deputizes when the Executive Administrator is not on property.
- All additional duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills - High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative support role, with experience performing as an executive assistant strongly preferred.
- Must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, demonstrate diplomacy, tact, discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must have outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational and planning skills, and an ability to handle guest inquiries.
- Must have excellent computer skills, with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, and an ability and willingness to learn new systems as implemented by the company.
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, kneel, bend, lift, grip tools and utilize a computer without limitation for a full 8 hour shift.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and through written communications.
