Garden Gate Healthcare Facility is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for Long Term Care to join our skilled nursing facility in Cheektowaga, NY. If you're a Registered Nurse (RN) with leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

️ Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) for LTC in overseeing nursing staff and patient care
️ Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities
️ Provide leadership and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
️ Implement care plans, infection control policies, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

️ Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
️ Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation (preferred)
️ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
