Job Details

Associate Director of Nursing (ADON):

Reports to the Chief Clinical Officer
2 FTEs
Responsible for leading/directing the day to day operations and quality patient care across Primary Care, Quality, Infection Control, Occupational Health, Population Health & Children's Vaccine Program

Qualifications:
Must be a Registered Nurse
5+ years Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine experience preferrably in an ambulatory/outpatient health center
Prefer 3+ years progressive management experience
Bilingual preferred
Active MA RN license
