We're seeking a collaborative and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support our Director of Nursing in leading our dedicated team of caregivers. In this key role, you'll help guide clinical operations, foster team development, support regulatory readiness, and drive quality improvement initiatives that elevate resident outcomes and team satisfaction.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide clinical and administrative leadership to nursing staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, person-centered care
  • Support staff education, coaching, and performance development
  • Assist in regulatory compliance, survey prep, and continuous quality improvement
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation within budget
  • Promote a culture of respect, teamwork, and professional growth


What You'll Bring:
  • CT RN license, CPR certified
  • Bachelor's in nursing (preferred)
  • 3+ years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in long-term care and management
  • Working knowledge of OBRA and state/federal regulations
  • Strong communication , leadership, and problem-solving skills
