Your Impact:
- Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee quality nursing care
- Lead staff education programs and act as Infection Control Officer
- Foster strong team communication and support regulatory compliance
- Take a holistic approach to addressing resident care needs
- Drive planning and implementation of nursing services
- Guide new hires through interviewing, onboarding, and training
- Ensure timely and accurate medical documentation
- Be responsive and flexible in a dynamic care setting
What We're Looking For:
- Active NY RN license (Required)
- 3+ years of experience in long-term care
- Previous leadership or clinical staff training experience
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling and on-call responsibilities
