Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences has partnered with a respected long-term care provider in Utica, NY, to find a passionate and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). Your Impact:

  • Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee quality nursing care
  • Lead staff education programs and act as Infection Control Officer
  • Foster strong team communication and support regulatory compliance
  • Take a holistic approach to addressing resident care needs
  • Drive planning and implementation of nursing services
  • Guide new hires through interviewing, onboarding, and training
  • Ensure timely and accurate medical documentation
  • Be responsive and flexible in a dynamic care setting

What We're Looking For:

  • Active NY RN license (Required)
  • 3+ years of experience in long-term care
  • Previous leadership or clinical staff training experience
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with flexible scheduling and on-call responsibilities
