Now Hiring: Assistant Director of Nursing RN

Responsibilities of Assistant Director of Nursing RN:

Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care.
Implement compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures.
Responsible for surveillance, rounding, analyzing, interpreting, and the reporting of healthcare-associated infections.
Support the development and implementation of nursing department budgets in coordination with the facility administration.
Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Qualifications of Assistant Director of Nursing RN:

3yr previous experience in Clinical Leadership within an inpatient setting
Ability to work independently or part of a group.
Computer knowledge.
Knowledgable about nursing practice and procedure
Undertanding of long term care regulation
CPR Certified

License:

Must have an active Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Wisconsin
