Assistant Director of Nursing

The Assistant Director of Nursing oversees care staff, handles scheduling, training, assessments, documentation, and collaborates with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality resident care.

•  Promotes a positive, collaborative work environment and provides on-call backup.

•  Manages resident files, incident reports, and compliance with regulations.

•  Supports medication management, updates care plans, and monitors residents' health conditions.

•  Maintains confidentiality, communicates effectively with staff, residents, and families.

•  Assists with policy development and ensures documentation accuracy.

•  Requires an active LPN or RN license, leadership experience, and strong communication skills.
