Assistant Director of Nursing

Seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to support and lead clinical teams in a 61-bed long-term care and rehab facility.
•  Requires current RN license, at least 1 year of long-term care experience, leadership and communication skills, and CPR certification.
•  Responsibilities include infection control, care planning, staff development, medication management, and maintaining high standards of care and confidentiality.
