We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our clinical team. The ADON will plan, organize, and oversee nursing operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality care standards.

Job Duties:

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on clinical programs

Complete MDS and develop clinical programs

Support admissions and participate in care planning

Assist with staff recruitment and performance reviews

Supervise infection control measures

Qualifications:

Current Wisconsin RN license

Two years of nurse manager experience
