Summary
The Assistant Director of Career Management position at the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University will: 1) Facilitate student employment.2) Advance industry and employer engagement.3) Provide Career Management Education and programming to aid acquisition of lifelong career skills.
The Assistant Director of Career Management will perform these duties in a proactive, collaborative environment that relates to the student as the primary beneficiary or customer.
Required Qualifications
• Master's Degree in a relevant field and three (3) years of relevant experience.OR
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline and five (5) years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced degree in a business or related discipline.
• International business experience and language fluency in a second language.
• Corporate talent acquisition experience or network.
• Professional certification in career coaching, career management, or related professional credentials.
