We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join a high-performing team based in Liverpool and Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse mix of sectors - including defence, healthcare, education, commercial, leisure, and regeneration - delivering projects that make a real and lasting impact on communities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Advising and supporting clients on the delivery of capital programmes, refurbishments, and new build schemes.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with public and private sector clients, helping to grow both new and existing accounts.
  • Managing the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Leading procurement strategies, contract administration, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
  • Ensuring projects meet sustainability, accessibility, and community value goals.

What we're looking for:

  • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in a construction-related discipline such as construction management, quantity surveying, building surveying, or project management.
  • Experience working within public and/or private sector organisations - particularly with local authorities, healthcare providers, defence clients, education bodies, or commercial developers.
    Strong understanding of procurement routes, governance, and regulatory requirements across multiple sectors.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    A collaborative and proactive approach with a passion for delivering projects that make a positive impact.
