Qualifications:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director who is energetic, creative, driven and goal-oriented
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Director in a licensed childcare facility
Maintains CPR and First Aid certifications
Knowledge of Minimum Standards
Highly professional and dependable, good attendance is a must
Must be highly motivated and driven to accomplish tasks as assigned
Spreadsheet Excel and great with computer programs
Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Director, you will partner with the Center Director in effectively operating and managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations
Oversee and manage the admissions/enrollment process, filing, administrative tasks, creating and managing student files and records, reviewing student attendance records, etc.
