Growing construction company is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to support Southeast operations.
Position Highlights - Assistant Controller:
- M/E close, maintaining the G/L, reconciliations, Billing, AP, AR, financial statements, fixed asset schedules, inventory/cost accounting, tax returns
- Liaison with Project Managers and Field Operations
- Assist with annual budget, forecast, and strategic planning
- People Manager experience to lead daily accounting activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
- 4+ years' of relevant experience (project accounting, bid to completion, CAPEX)
- Proficient in Accounting ERP system
- Advanced Excel Skills + Power BI/Tableau (a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Process improvement and collaborative mindset
- CPA, CPA track, or CMA a plus.
