Our client is a global investment firm. They seek an Assistant Controller to join their Greenwich, CT office.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounting and financial reporting, financial planning and analysis
- Provide support with cash flow management and cost management
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, expense management
- Ensure and confirm the accuracy of financial records and reporting
- Work with the investment team as well as fund administrators, auditors, and tax preparers
- Represent the firm and foster authentic relationships that grow the firm's ecosystem
Requirements
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Combo with Big 4 background preferred
- Hedge fund or private equity industry background
- CPA strongly preferred
