Description


  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to drawings and specifications.
  • Execute and track material orders efficiently.
  • Maintain project schedules and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with subcontractors to drive project progress.
  • Organize and manage field documents, including drawings and specifications.
  • Participate in company-led training programs.
  • Ensure site superintendents uphold clean and safe work environments.

Profile


  • A minimum of 4 years of construction experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
  • Proven experience managing projects valued at $5M or more.
  • Strong motivation to lead and learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
