Assistant Commercial Property Manager
Position Overview: Seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Commercial Property Manager for commercial retail properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations, use Yardi software, handle service calls, and assist with budgeting.
Manage lease renewals, rent collection, and tenant inquiries.
Coordinate with vendors, process invoices, and maintain communication.
Assist in budget preparation and track expenses.
Prepare lease documents and maintain records.
Conduct inspections and address maintenance issues.
Manage files, issue notices, and organize office space.
Verify insurance coverage and prepare reports.
Act as a substitute for the Property Manager.
Qualifications:
3-6 years of experience in commercial property management.
Experience with Yardi software.
Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
