Position:
• Assistant Coach Objective
• Assist Head Coach of the Wrestling team with duties including recruitment, practice and race dart coaching, conditioning of athletes, supervision of athletes, maintenance of practice facility and equipment travel, game management responsibilities at assigned games. This important role requires extensive student and coach interaction, and the ability to confidently interact with and engage with a diverse population. Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Head Coach with: oTeach all aspects of the sport of Wrestling through fundamentals in daily practice sessions. oRecruit and maintain an active team roster for the team to develop a competitive team. oDevelop and evaluate each athlete's performance. oConduct and supervise all practices. oSchedule and attend all contests. Qualifications:
• Complete Understanding of running and how to train athletes.
• Some experience in Wrestling running preferred
• Experience teaching, developing and coaching Wrestling.
• Middle School Teacher preferred. Terms:
• Reports to:School Principal or Designee
• Dates:3/14/2025 - 4/16/2025
• Rate:$750 - Stipend
