GBE Alliance seeks an Assistant Clinical Director to oversee clinical operations, supervise BCBAs and RBTs, and ensure quality and compliance in ABA therapy. Key responsibilities include:
Providing clinical supervision and mentoring to staff. Ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and quality assurance protocols. Leading continuous improvement initiatives and analyzing clinical data. Maintaining a reduced personal caseload for hands-on practice. Fostering collaboration and communication within the team. Assisting with recruitment and training of new staff. Qualifications include a Master s degree, BCBA certification, and at least 3 years of ABA experience.
