Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Barista in day-to-day operations of the cafe.
  • Support in training, and mentoring cafe staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products and supplies.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including preparation areas and customer seating.
  • Assist in creating and implementing promotional events and marketing strategies to boost sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the Head Barista and founders to develop and maintain an inviting atmosphere for customers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiences.
  • A passion for specialty coffee, coffee brewing techniques, and beverage preparation.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
