About the Role:
We're looking for a creative, data-driven, and agile Assistant Brand Manager to support the growth and visibility of our alcohol brand across key markets. This remote, contractual role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about brand storytelling, consumer engagement, and marketing innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Support: Assist in the execution of brand campaigns across digital, experiential, and retail channels.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and consumer insight studies to inform brand strategy.
- Content Development: Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to develop compelling content for social media, website, packaging, and point-of-sale.
- Project Management: Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables for various marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Performance Monitoring: Track campaign KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend optimizations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, digital, and product teams to ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints.
- Influencer/Partnership Coordination: Support influencer campaigns, event sponsorships, and strategic brand partnerships.
- Compliance: Ensure all communication and branding aligns with alcohol advertising regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in FMCG, lifestyle, or alcohol/beverage sectors.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a pulse on pop culture, digital trends, and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in using tools like Google Workspace, Canva, PowerPoint, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
- Prior experience in handling agency partners or production timelines is a plus.
- Knowledge of alcohol advertising norms and regulatory guidelines is an advantage.
