          Assistant/Associate/Full Professor Tenure System

          Position Summary

          Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business, Department of Supply Chain Management, has an opening for a tenure system assistant/associate professor with expertise in operations and sourcing management (OSM) to start in the academic year. Duties include research, teaching, and service, and the teaching responsibility would involve OSM courses. Salary and terms are negotiable depending on experience.

          There is a preference for candidates who conduct theoretically driven empirical research on managerially relevant, contemporary OSM topics. Specific interest in purchasing/sourcing is desirable. Candidates must have the ability to teach at the undergraduate and MBA levels.

          Required Degree

          Doctorate -Supply Chain Management or related field

          Minimum Requirements

          The position requires a Ph.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited university. Candidates must have a conferred Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management or related field as of June 1st, 2024, and have a demonstrated record of research excellence in OSM, commensurate with their rank.

          Desired Qualifications
