Primary Responsibilities Include:Assisting Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the apartment communityDelivering exceptional customer service to residents and resolving concerns promptlyStaying informed on market conditions and competitor properties to optimize leasing strategiesMonitoring tenant accounts and following up on delinquent paymentsSupporting leasing and marketing efforts to attract and retain residentsIdeal candidates have experience in property management, leasing, or a related field and thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
