Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls from tenants, applicants, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle correspondence, copying, scanning, and filing.
- Assist two property managers with various administrative tasks.
- Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and proactively.
- Learn and utilize property management software (Onesite & Yardi Breeze).
- Utilize basic Microsoft Office skills for daily tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Willingness to learn new software (Onesite & Yardi Breeze training provided).
