We're Hiring: Assistant Administrative & Operations Executive
Love fashion and have a knack for organization? We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Assistant Administrative & Operations Executive to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing production and logistics to ensuring quality control, you'll play a key role in bringing our designs to life.
Work Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Pay range: 25,000-35,000 based on experience
Location: Andheri West
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily production updates and ensure schedules are on track.
- Coordinate with masters and tailors to streamline workflow.
- Manage order processing and shipments (COD & prepaid) via Shiprocket & Blue Dart.
- Handle invoices, address labeling, and dispatch for B2B & B2C clients.
- Keep track of deliveries, resolve any shipping issues, and update clients.
- Manage new orders and ensure teams are aligned.
- Oversee daily sales reports, payment tracking, and Razorpay transactions.
- Conduct regular reviews of completed outfits and production costs.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain staff attendance records and ensure workplace discipline.
- Keep production logs updated for seamless record-keeping.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure perfect fits, fabrics, and stitching.
- Work with tailors to maintain high-quality craftsmanship.
- Generate reports on production output and costs.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year experience in operations, administration, or a similar role (fashion, textile, or retail preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with an eye for efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and logistics platforms like Shiprocket, Blue Dart, and Razorpay.
