- Process policy changes, claims, and billing inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Educate customers on insurance coverage options, policy details, and eligibility criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
Requirements: - Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license. preferred
- 1 year of experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset in resolving customer issues.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
