A leading real estate firm seeking a driven and experienced Real Estate Asset Manager in Cleveland to oversee and optimize our diverse portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of real estate markets. You will play a critical role in enhancing property value, managing financial performance, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with company investment strategies.
    • Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to assess property performance and identify areas for improvement.
      • Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, property values, and economic factors to inform investment decisions and strategic planning.
        • Property Operations: Collaborate with property managers to ensure properties are well-maintained, operationally efficient, and tenant satisfaction is high.
          • Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on asset performance to senior management and stakeholders, including recommendations for improvements.
            • Investment Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of asset management strategies to maximize returns on investment.
              • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with investors, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders, addressing concerns and facilitating smooth operations.
                • Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
                  Qualifications
                  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CCIM, CPM) preferred.
                  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate asset management or related fields.
                  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and performance analysis.
                  • Proficiency in real estate software, property management systems, and MS Office Suite.
                  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
                  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
                  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing real estate transactions.
