We seek to recruit new talent to join our Asset Management and Digital Asset Management teams in the South of England.

Responsibilities:

Delivery focused -

  • Proven delivery experience in multiple areas of asset management and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/programmes that deliver value to your organization or clients.
  • Experience or willingness to learn how to apply Agile delivery methodologies to manage and maintain delivery strategies for project teams and clients.

Technical -

  • A good understanding of the principles of whole life asset management as outlined in international standards (ISO 55000), and familiarity with the Institute of Asset Management Anatomy, standards, and principles.
  • Project management experience across multiple projects/work packages to ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Advisory and delivery capabilities in asset management, design & build engineering, operational and maintenance management, delivering innovative solutions.
  • Experience supporting asset management maturity reviews or company audits, providing high-quality reports and actionable feedback.
  • Knowledge of digital systems, tools, and technology developments within the business and ability to align these with client requirements.
  • Understanding of investment management practices and applying investment requirements to support decision-making across the asset lifecycle.

Behaviours -

  • Commercial awareness and strategic thinking, with the ability to tailor strategies and technical requirements to company demands.
  • Strong verbal and numerical reasoning skills, with practical examples of solution identification and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent written communication skills, capable of translating client needs into compelling business cases and solutions.

Experience -

  • Leadership experience in engineering, transportation, and/or utilities sectors, championing whole life asset management delivery. Salary scaled based on experience.
  • Good knowledge of the Institute of Asset Management Anatomy, ISO 55000, and progress towards IAM certification.
  • Familiarity with applying asset management standards and systems (e.g., EAM & Digital Twins) in engineering sectors.
  • Project management experience; qualifications such as Prince2 and NEC3/4 are desirable.
  • Ability to analyze data and utilize data analysis tools.
  • Experience with SharePoint, PowerBI, and Power Automate is desirable.
