Job Description:

As an Assembly Operator, you'll support production by keeping the locking line running efficiently and effectively. This entry-level position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You'll operate equipment, perform basic quality checks, and assist with packaging and labeling. This is a hands-on role offering training and long-term potential in a growing manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:

Load product into bulk hoppers
Use pallet jack and sit-down tow motor to move materials
Lift up to 50 lb boxes repeatedly
Perform basic quality checks and use gauges
Replace labels and ribbons on labeling machines
Qualifications and Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Overtime availability required
Experience with RF scanners and basic computer skills
Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow work instructions
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

The base salary range for this position is $33,280-$37,440, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
