We are currently recruiting Assembly Machine Operators on behalf of our client in Mildenhall, Suffolk. This role involves operating and maintaining machinery, inspecting products, and ensuring high-quality production standards. Full training will be provided, with a structured on-boarding process.
Shift Pattern: - Sunday-Wednesday, Sunday-Tuesday 6:00-18:00
- OR Thursday-Saturday, Wednesday-Saturday 6:00-18:00
- Hours: 77 hours over 2 weeks, overtime available
Training Period: - Duration: Up to 6 weeks
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00
- Pay Rate: 12.38 per hour and 14.11 after training
Key Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain assembly machines
- Inspect products, record data, and ensure quality standards
- Pack components and label packaging
- Maintain a clean work area
- Assist with machine adjustments and troubleshooting
