Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assembles parts together as shown on the prints with limited supervision.
Has a substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
Works on moderately difficult assignments, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
Works online where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line.
Utilizes basic Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) practices where applicable.
Uses/sets-up machines, such as arbor presses, stripping machines, crimping machines, torques wrenches/drivers, to perform force fitting or fastening operations on assembly line.
Able to use SAP - ME effectively and routinely.
Has a good understanding of the Non-conformance (NC) process in ME.
Able to achieve CPI times to complete device builds.
Able to train others at on Assembler Level 1 & 2 basic devices.
Good overall build performance with minimum errors.
Programming devices as required.
Performs peer/in-process inspection in accordance with company policies.
IPC solder skills preferred
