STC 1220 Application Architect 2 Scope of Services The Department of Children and Families (the "Department " or "DCF ") is seeking qualified candidates that will assist the Office of Information Technology (OITS) in their daily operations, support, and services. The services requested in the following eQuote will be procured in accordance with the Department of Management Services (DMS) State Term Contract (STC), entitled Information Technology Staff Augmentation Services, -22-STC-ITSA.

The term for this staff augmentation position is intended to be until June 30, 2024. The term for this engagement may be extended for a period not to exceed twelve months from the expiration of the State Term Contract contingent upon funding and satisfactory performance. The Department may select one or more candidates in this position. Candidates available immediately are preferred.
Candidates can either work part-time or full-time. The number of weeks is dependent upon available budget. 2.1 Primary Job Duties and Tasks The Office of Information Technology Services (OITS) is seeking a .Net Application Developer (STC Job Application Architect).

The activities this candidate will be tasked with include, but are not limited to the following:

This position is to provide technical guidance and expertise in supporting the department in developing, architecting, and maintaining .NET Applications, data mappings, and monitoring high- volume of complex data integration processes. 2.2 Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) The submitted candidate must be able to apply common knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas:

Minimum Required KSAs:

5+ years of experience in .NET development, specifically with ASP.NET Core, API development, and Azure technologies
5+ years of experience in DDL, DML T-SQL skills, Azure SQL, advanced stored procedure writing skills, tables, primary keys, foreign keys, constraints, indexes, transactions, process logging, and error handling
3+ years of experience with Data mappings
3+ years of analyzing and interpreting large datasets, including cleaning, transforming, and visualizing data.
2+ years of Experience in testing high-volume of complex data integration processes. Familiarity with system catalog views, JAVA, and Azure Cloud
bility to provide excellent customer support, meticulous quality of work, and work product. 2.3 General Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) The submitted candidate(s) must be able to apply common knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas:

SCOPE OF WORK

This Purchase Order is between the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families, herein referred
to as the "the Department", and "Vendor," herein referred to as the "Vendor".

The Vendor agrees to provide services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Scope of Work, State Term Contract -21-STC-ITSA and -22-STC-ITS nd subsection 287.058(1)(a)-(i), Florida Statutes (F.S.), which is hereby incorporated by reference.
