• Perform accurate diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on a variety of domestic and import vehicles

• Use advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues

• Follow manufacturer procedures and safety guidelines to ensure repairs meet quality standards

• Communicate findings and recommended services to service writers and/or customers

• Document repairs clearly and accurately in work orders or shop software

• Stay current with emerging automotive technology and ASE requirements

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and contribute to a team-focused environment

• Current ASE certifications required (minimum A1-A8 preferred)

• 3+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience

• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, HVAC, and electrical systems

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks related to vehicle repair

• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills

• Experience with scan tools and shop management systems a plus
