We are seeking an ASC Administrator for our Greenville, SC location.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain nursing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training clinical staff.
  • Plan and implement the overall nursing policies, procedures, and services for a unit.
  • Provide direct patient care and is responsible for assessing, planning, and evaluating patients.
  • Ensure that nurses are current in competencies, assessments, licensure, certifications, and other annual training.
  • Oversee daily operations of the ambulatory surgery center.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, federal regulations and accrediting body standards.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise ASC staff, including nurses, technicians, and administrative personnel.

Education & Experience:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current, unencumbered South Carolina state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Current BLS/ACLS certification.
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience in a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong background in ambulatory surgery.
