Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on creative leader to elevate our consumer business through exceptional design.
Key Responsibilities - Conceptualize and produce compelling digital creative assets, such as graphics, animations, and videos, across various channels including websites, emails, apps, and new media platforms.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand standards and the overarching creative vision of each brand within our portfolio.
- Apply strategic design principles to deliver top-tier designs that effectively foster consumer business growth.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Project Management team to leverage data analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing creative performance.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system and templates to ensure consistent, scalable creative output.
- Maintain open communication with the Project Management team, offering updates on project timelines and progress.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging design and consumer revenue strategies.
- Mentor junior design staff, fostering a collaborative and skill-enhancing team environment.
- Organize and manage media assets, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval for both internal and external partners.
Required Experience and Skills - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a creative leadership role with a strong track record in developing engaging and revenue-generating campaigns, preferably in marketing, advertising, or e-commerce.
- A robust portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects that highlight design skills, creativity, and consumer engagement.
- Comprehensive understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and UX design, to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork and cross-functional interactions.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining alignment with creative vision and brand standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Experience in managing and mentoring creative teams is a plus.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to embrace industry trends and new design approaches.
- Understanding of ADA-compliant design is desirable.
- Proficiency in motion graphics, animation, UX/UI design, basic HTML, and social media principles.
- Expertise in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and familiarity with G Suite and project management tools.
